SERVICES Hollex Retail - Retail Consultants
We cover all areas of retail operations and every service is tailor made depending on your requirements. You can use us for as little as you need. We are available to help you create a new way of handling your sales figures to assisting in a new store launch.

The first thing we do is get to know your business. By understanding you and your customers fully, we can then begin work on an evaluation to identify what's working and what isn't. This part is free of charge and if you feel that you won't benefit from our service after this you are under no obligation to continue.

We will then produce a detailed report, outlining areas to be worked on along with an action plan and our recommendations. Again, what work we carry out and at what cost is entirely up to you. Working with you at every stage, we will implement changes in order to increase your profitability and reduce costs.

We can create training guides and manuals for future use.

:: Stock control Evaluating your current use, storage and control of stock and implementing improved methods to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
